Journaling is a self-reflective tool that can help guide us through the many ebbs and flows of life. Although it is a blessing when our path is graced with healers and teachers, the true magick comes when this guidance leads us back to our own inner wisdom and knowing. Writing is a powerful way to nurture this process of integration, the slowing down process after a big revelation, or before a big transition. By taking the time to pause and reflect, we leave ourselves a road map for our awakening. No matter what topic we write on, the act of looking in becomes like a love letter to who we are in that moment and who we are becoming. As you make space in your daily practice for these writing prompts, remember to thank yourself for this act of self-care, and then lean in and discover what your soul has been waiting to tell you. These questions can be a jumping off point to guide you to your own inner knowing. Choose to come back to them or answer the ones your soul and heart is calling to the most. Click the link below for a downloadable copy of the questions. For an even deeper dive, print them out or copy them into your journal and write your responses by hand! ~~~ 1.
