I highly recommend preparing for the Postpartum phase - the fourth trimester - as early as halfway through your pregnancy. This will set you up for a healthy transition into parenthood, preparing the support you will need and understanding the physical changes that keep happening.
I invite you to plan a Mother's Blessing (as opposed to a baby shower) to start the work of the postpartum journey and mothering the mother. <3
