My Ayurvedic doctor gave me this recipe to help me with my imbalances and to aid in the shift of the seasons!
Try this diet for a few days or a week at a time around the change of the seasons. It’s a good gentle cleanse and reset. Also if you’re experiencing any inflammation, yeast infections, mucus build up, or other imbalances… do a satvic diet! (Message me for more details as I have an Intro To Ayurveda explaining more!)
