This dish takes about 5 minutes to prepare. Mindfully set some time aside before bed to throw it together and you’ve got a nutritious and delicious breakfast waiting for you in the morning. Makes about two servings. Chia pudding: ~2 mashed bananas ~1 cup almond milk ~4 tbsp chia seeds ~1/2 tsp vanilla ~sprinkle of cinnamon/ginger/nutmeg Combine and let it sit overnight Top with your favourite superfoods My fav toppings: ~hemp hearts ~cacao nibs ~pecans ~dried cherries (Sometimes I make this to go camping but I substitute the bananas for applesauce so it lasts longer). ~Enjoy!~ |
