Online Yoga & Community!Sarah leads a daily yoga practice flowing through the Ttavas (the five sacred elements), the chakras, and in line with the energies of the moon!
We focus on a set series to flow through, that you will get to know and love, which is gentle, subtle and suitable for every body and every level of experience. Sarah offers modifications as this class is accessible to all levels of experience and flow. This is a great class for anyone dealing with injuries or rehabbing their bodies. Sarah has over a decade worth of knowledge in movement and anatomy, from direct personal experience. Join other teachers throughout the week for similar and complimentary healing and movement practices~ |
