Microcosmic Orbit Breath

Here's a brief introduction and walk through of the Taoist meditation - the Microcosmic Orbit Breath.

It is wonderful and useful for vitality, sexuality, creativity, wealth and more. I like to start my days with this technique and I like to add the expansion and contraction onto it. 

Ideally you would cycle for a lot longer than I guide here but do what feels right.
